Our Process
1) Vision Meeting
Every home starts with a strong foundation. We believe the planning process is no different. The Vision meeting ensures the Cedar Ridge team knows what’s important to you so we can help create a home that fits your unique lifestyle.
2) Design
Need help with design? We will help walk you through the design process all the way from preliminary drawings to picking out the kitchen faucet!
3) Let’s get started!
Building starts on the assigned date and is generally complete 5-7 months later. During the build you will be updated weekly on the progress of your home.
4) Move in day!
Start enjoying your beautiful new home! It’s that simple!
